The State reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Website following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. The Website and all associated content, interfaces, and underlying technologies are the property of the State. The Office of Technology Services, which is responsible for the Website’s maintenance and operation (collectively referred to herein as the “State” or “we”), exercises full administrative control over its content, structure, and functionality. Any external links, references, or third-party integrations provided through the Website are offered solely as a convenience and do not imply endorsement or control by the Office of Technology Services or the Division of Administration, which disclaims any liability for external content or services outside the scope of the Website.

The State reserves the right, at any time and for any lawful reason or no reason, to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Effect of Termination
Termination or suspension of access may include the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture of any data or content associated with your use of the Website. The State shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Website.
