Individuals receiving services from DCFS such as SNAP or Child Support will need a MyLA account to sign in to CAFE. Teachers may require a MyLA account to sign in to EdLink Security.

A MyLA account can be used to sign in to LaMEDS from LDH, CAFE from DCFS, and EdLink Security from LDOE. More agencies and apps are adding MyLA support over time.
Start by filling out your information on the Sign Up page. Once submitted, MyLA will send you an email with a verification link. Click the verification link and you're ready to sign in with MyLA.

If multiple failed sign-in attempts occur, MyLA may lock your account for security. You may wait 15 minutes before entering your correct password, or use Forgot Password under Help.

Visit the Ask for Help page to contact support. The support team will be able to change your email and assist with recovering your account.
Sign in and select Update My Info to update your email or phone number.
The new email address may be used on a different account. To verify, use the Forgot User ID tool under Help and enter the new email address. If you recieve an email with a User ID, that address is already in use.
Your new email address needs to be verified. Check your email and Spam folder for an email with a verification link. If you need another email, Sign in, navigate to Update My Info, and update your email again.
